The mindfulness of yoga helps us to balance ourselves and has been medically proven to de-stress our bodies and increase serotonin levels, influencing our mood and behaviour.
Karen Hadgett is a Yoga Elder with decades of experience and a deeply embodied, thoughtful approach to teaching. She is a qualified Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner, Hanna Somatics Educator, and Yoga Nidra Facilitator, bringing together movement, rest, and nervous system support in her work.
Her classes take a somatic approach, giving you time to feel into each pose rather than focusing on how it looks. There's a strong emphasis on awareness, helping you connect with your body in a way that feels steady and supportive.
Karen's teaching is warm and welcoming, with space to build strength and flexibility at your own pace, meeting you exactly where you are.
These classes are designed to suit all levels of fitness and ability and support your working lifestyle. As our mats are fabric grip socks are advised.
